Duties Restock and organize bar supplies, including alcohol, mixers, glassware, and garnishes to ensure smooth service throughout the shift Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, including bar cleaning, wiping down surfaces, and sanitizing equipment in compliance with food safety standards Assist bartenders with food preparation, garnishing drinks, and handling food service bar safety protocols Buss tables and clear empty glasses or dishes promptly to keep the venue tidy and inviting Handle manual tasks such as heavy lifting of supplies or crates safely and efficiently Operate POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS for cash handling, order processing, and transaction accuracy Support venue beverage service by preparing basic drinks under supervision and ensuring all alcohol is served responsibly Skills Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, especially in bars or nightclubs Strong knowledge of bar experience including bartending techniques, cocktail preparation, and venue beverage service Excellent communication skills to interact positively with guests and team members Familiarity with food handling procedures, food industry safety standards, and alcohol service regulations Ability to perform cleaning tasks diligently—bar cleaning, bussing tables, and maintaining hygiene standards Competence in manual handling and heavy lifting to manage supplies safely Experience with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for efficient cashiering and order management Knowledge of night club or banquet settings is a plus for adapting to various event types Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transaction processing Hospitality background with a focus on customer service excellence Join us to be part of an energetic team dedicated to creating memorable experiences!
