Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, spirits, wine, and non-alcoholic options, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met. Take food and beverage orders accurately using POS systems and process sales transactions efficiently. Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests warmly, answering questions about menu items, and making personalized recommendations through upselling techniques. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in all service areas, including bar stations and dining spaces, adhering to food safety regulations. Manage cash handling responsibilities accurately, including processing payments and giving correct change. Assist with food service tasks such as bussing tables, setting up dining areas, and supporting kitchen staff with food preparation when needed. Engage with guests to foster positive relations, handle requests promptly, and resolve any issues professionally to ensure guest satisfaction. Experience Previous experience in food service or hospitality roles such as bartender, server, or cocktail attendant is required. Familiarity with POS systems is essential for efficient order processing. Demonstrated knowledge of beverage service including spirits, wine knowledge, cocktail preparation, and drink presentation. Strong time management skills to juggle multiple tables or bar orders seamlessly while maintaining quality service. Basic math skills for processing sales transactions accurately and managing cash handling responsibilities. Knowledge of food safety standards and sanitation practices to uphold health regulations at all times. Food Handlers Card and State of Arizona Alcohol training certification is required.

Pay:

$15.15 per hour Expected hours: 20.0 - 40.0 per week
