Duties Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages efficiently while adhering to all food safety and alcohol service regulations Engage with guests in a friendly, energetic manner to enhance their overall experience Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for accurate order processing and cash handling Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food handling standards Handle cash transactions accurately using POS systems; perform basic math calculations for sales and change Restock bar supplies, garnishes, and beverages to ensure smooth service during busy hours Monitor guest behavior to promote responsible drinking and address any safety concerns promptly Qualifications Proven experience as a bartender or in food service, preferably with nightclub, fine dining, or banquet experience Strong knowledge of POS systems including Aloha POS or Micros POS; proficiency in cashiering and retail math is a plus Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively during high-volume shifts in fast-paced environments Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures Experience serving in the food industry with an understanding of beverage mixing, brewing processes, and alcohol regulations Ability to perform basic math accurately for sales transactions and inventory management Familiarity with catering events or banquet setups is advantageous Join us if you're passionate about creating lively atmospheres where guests feel celebrated!
