Responsibilities Prepare and serve a wide range of beverages including cocktails, wine, craft beers, and non-alcoholic options with precision and flair. Engage with guests to understand their preferences and recommend drinks based on their tastes or special occasions. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety standards and health regulations. Process cash and card transactions accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, handling cash handling and cashiering duties efficiently. Manage multiple orders simultaneously through effective time management while providing attentive customer service. Develop new beverage recipes and contribute to the ongoing refinement of our drink menu to keep offerings fresh and exciting. Collaborate with kitchen staff and management to ensure smooth service during busy hours, including banquet or catering events if applicable. Experience Proven experience as a bartender in a fast-paced restaurant or fine dining environment, with strong knowledge of mixology and beverage presentation. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for processing transactions seamlessly. Demonstrated ability in beverage recipe development, wine knowledge, spirits expertise, and craft beer experience. Prior food service experience including serving, food handling, and food safety certifications. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently through effective time management. Experience working in hospitality industry settings such as restaurants or banquet facilities is highly desirable.
