Duties Greet guests warmly and take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS. Serve food and drinks efficiently, ensuring presentation standards are met and guest satisfaction is maximized. Manage multiple tables or bar stations with excellent time management skills to maintain smooth service flow. Upsell menu items and promote specials to increase sales while providing detailed descriptions of dishes and drinks. Handle cash, credit card transactions, and cashiering duties accurately, adhering to cash handling procedures. Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards by following proper food handling, food safety protocols, and sanitation practices. Assist with catering, banquet service, or nightclub events as needed, providing top-tier customer service in diverse settings. Monitor guest reactions and promptly address any concerns or issues to ensure an outstanding experience. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service delivery during busy hours or special events. Requirements Proven experience as a server and bartender in a high-volume restaurant, fine dining establishment, nightclub, or banquet setting. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for order entry and transaction processing. Strong knowledge of food safety standards, food handling procedures, and responsible alcohol service practices. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and professionally. Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively in fast-paced environments while maintaining attention to detail. Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math for sales upselling, and accurate bill calculation. Experience with brewing or beverage preparation is a plus for enhancing guest experiences at bar stations. Knowledge of catering operations and banquet service is desirable for supporting large events.
