The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and exceptional customer service skills, ensuring that each guest has a memorable experience. This role requires a strong understanding of beverage preparation, food safety, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, whether in a fine dining setting, nightclub, or catering event. Responsibilities Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and standards. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests and responding to their needs promptly. Operate POS systems for order processing and cash handling. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety standards. Manage inventory levels of beverages and supplies, placing orders as necessary. Handle cash transactions accurately while adhering to cash handling policies. Assist in training new staff members on bartending techniques and customer service best practices. Collaborate with kitchen staff during banquet events or catering services to ensure seamless service delivery. Qualifications Previous bartending experience in a restaurant, nightclub, or catering environment is preferred. Proficiency in using POS systems for efficient order management. Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks effectively during busy shifts. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests. Knowledge of food safety practices and responsible alcohol service regulations. Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and inventory management. Experience in fine dining or banquet settings is an advantage. A background in the food industry or hospitality is highly desirable.
