We are a high-energy neighborhood sports pub serving a diverse mix of guests including regular locals, families, sports fans, and event-night crowds. We are looking for professional, dependable, and guest-focused bartenders who thrive in a fast-paced environment and take pride in delivering excellent hospitality. The ideal candidate is organized, works efficiently under pressure, maintains a clean and fully stocked bar, and provides a positive guest experience throughout every shift. Pay $17.50 - $19.50 per hour + tips Schedule Evening and night shifts Weekend availability required Closing shifts may range from 11:00 PM to 2:00 AM depending on business volume and special events Key Responsibilities Prepare cocktails, beer, shots, and other beverages accurately and consistently Deliver professional and friendly customer service in a fast-paced environment Maintain cleanliness, organization, and proper stock levels behind the bar Handle high-volume service periods during sports games, weekends, and special events Follow company drink recipes, portion standards, and alcohol service guidelines Complete assigned opening duties, side work, cleaning tasks, and closing procedures Work collaboratively with servers, kitchen staff, and management Engage with guests professionally while maintaining strong service efficiency Arrive prepared, punctual, and ready to contribute to the team Qualifications Minimum 2 years of bartending experience preferred Previous experience in a sports bar, pub, or high-volume restaurant environment preferred Strong knowledge of cocktails, beer, liquor, and responsible alcohol service practices Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to multitask and remain organized during busy service periods Reliable transportation required Candidates located within 10 miles of Artesia preferred Availability for weekends and late-night shifts is required Certifications & Work Authorization Valid California Responsible Beverage Service (RBS) Certification Valid Food Handler Card Valid government-issued identification Must be legally authorized to work in the United States Employee Benefits 50% employee meal discount Please apply only if you meet the experience and scheduling requirements listed above.
