The property is unveiling a collection of exceptional new food and beverage venues, including a glamorous Supper Club, chic Lobby Café, and world-class Hotel Bar , featuring elevated cocktails, sophisticated dining, and live entertainment. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of the opening team and help bring these new concepts to life while delivering the refined service and attention to detail expected in a world-class luxury hotel. What You'll Do Deliver exceptional and personalized guest service, creating a welcoming and memorable bar experience. Prepare cocktails and beverages according to established recipes, standards, and serving specifications. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe bar environment in accordance with food safety and local health guidelines. Maintain an accurate cash drawer and properly account for any discrepancies. Handle specialty cocktail requests, dietary restrictions, allergies, and special occasions with professionalism and care. Maintain strong communication with culinary, service, and hotel teams to ensure seamless operations. Identify and communicate any issues or imperfections and work with the appropriate teams to resolve them. Consistently uphold luxury service standards and represent the hotel with professionalism and pride. What We're Looking For Bartending experience in a luxury hotel, upscale restaurant, fine dining, or high-end bar environment preferred. High energy, consistency, and professionalism in a fast-paced setting. Strong cocktail knowledge and attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple guest requests while maintaining service standards. Comfortable working collaboratively with culinary, service, and hotel teams. Strong knowledge of food safety and responsible bar practices. Professional appearance and a genuine passion for hospitality. Flexibility to work varying schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift/move up to 50 pounds as required.
