We're looking to add a full-time sommelier to help oversee beverage operations, with a very large wine program consisting of roughly 4,000 selections. The start date would be mid July, with an expected opening day of the restaurant in early September. The restaurant will be making a sincere effort to achieve Michelin Star success as well as having a wine list that we hope will garner attention from Wine Spectator. Ideal candidates should have serving/bartending experience in fine-dining, management experience, and be in pursuit of additional certification through the Court of Master Sommeliers and/or WSET. This position would be particularly well suited to a sommelier with interest in more hands-on role in overseeing a beverage program.
