Duties Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair, ensuring consistency and quality. Engage with guests in a friendly, energetic manner to enhance their overall experience and promote sales of drinks and related products. Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS to process orders accurately and efficiently, including cash handling and cashiering duties. Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards by adhering to proper food handling procedures, food safety regulations, and sanitation protocols. Monitor guest behavior in nightclubs or banquet settings to ensure safety while providing excellent customer service. Assist with catering events or food service when needed, supporting the overall hospitality experience. Manage time effectively during busy shifts by prioritizing tasks such as serving drinks, restocking supplies, and closing out tabs promptly. Qualifications Proven experience as a bartender in fine dining establishments, nightclubs, or banquet settings is highly preferred. Familiarity with POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS; basic math skills for cash handling and retail math are essential. Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally. Knowledge of food safety standards, food handling procedures, and alcohol serving regulations. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during peak hours. Experience with brewing or beverage preparation techniques is a plus.
