Duties Prepare and serve a variety of beverages including cocktails, spirits, wine, craft beers, and non-alcoholic options with precision and flair Engage with guests to understand their preferences and recommend drinks or food pairings to enhance their experience Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety and sanitation standards Process cash and card transactions accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS Develop new beverage recipes and refine existing ones to keep the menu fresh and exciting Manage bar inventory, restock supplies, and monitor stock levels to ensure smooth operations during shifts Collaborate with restaurant staff to coordinate service flow during busy periods, including catering events and banquets Qualifications Proven experience in bartending within fine dining establishments, nightclubs, or catering environments Strong knowledge of mixology techniques, spirits, wine varieties, and beverage recipe development Familiarity with POS systems like Clover POS for processing transactions efficiently Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally Ability to manage time effectively in fast-paced settings while maintaining attention to detail Experience with food handling, food safety standards, and basic math for cash handling and retail math calculations Previous bar management or supervisory experience is a plus but not required Join us if you're passionate about crafting exceptional drinks, delivering top-tier service, and creating lively atmospheres that keep guests coming back!
