Oversee daily bar operations, including inventory management, stock replenishment, and ensuring compliance with food safety and sanitation standards. Develop and refine beverage recipes, including cocktails, wine pairings, and craft beer selections to enhance the guest experience. Process cash transactions accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS, while managing cash handling procedures responsibly. Provide expert advice on spirits, wine, and cocktail options to guests, fostering a welcoming environment that encourages sales and repeat visits. Train staff on proper serving techniques, responsible alcohol service, food handling, and safety protocols. Maintain a lively yet organized bar environment during busy nights like weekends or special events such as banquets or nightclub nights. Skills Extensive knowledge of POS systems including Aloha POS and Micros POS for efficient order processing. Proven experience in bartending with a focus on mixology, cocktail creation, wine knowledge, and craft beer expertise. Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively in a fast-paced setting. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks seamlessly during busy hours. Exceptional customer service skills to ensure guest satisfaction and foster positive relationships. Experience in fine dining or upscale hospitality environments is highly desirable. Proficiency in food safety standards, food handling procedures, and cash handling practices. Ability to develop innovative beverage recipes that align with current trends and guest preferences.
