In this dual role, you will deliver top-tier food and beverage service at events and functions, ensuring guests enjoy a seamless and enjoyable experience. Your enthusiasm, attention to detail, and hospitality skills will be key to creating memorable occasions for our guests. Duties Serve food and beverages efficiently during banquets, events, and special functions, maintaining high standards of presentation and service. Prepare and stock bar stations with necessary supplies, including alcohol, mixers, garnishes, and glassware. Take drink orders from guests, prepare cocktails, wine, beer, and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair. Provide excellent guest relations by engaging warmly with guests, answering questions about menu items, wine pairings, and beverage options. Clear tables promptly, bussing dishes and maintaining cleanliness in dining and bar areas throughout service. Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately for order processing and billing purposes. Follow all food safety and handling procedures to ensure compliance with health regulations. Qualifications Previous experience in the food industry or hospitality environment preferred; banquet or catering experience is a plus. Strong knowledge of beverage service, wine varieties, and cocktail preparation. Excellent guest service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude. Ability to handle multiple tables or bar stations efficiently while maintaining attention to detail. Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and order calculations. Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures. Experience with POS systems for order entry and payment processing.
