Bartender, Fresno Grizzlies

Position Overview:

We are seeking and expecting individuals who produce friendly, efficient and responsible bartender qualities who deliver exceptional experience for our guests here at Chukchansi Park. Bartenders have a key role in elevating guests' experiences by providing timely service while maintaining compliance with all alcohol service regulations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Set up assigned bar areas, including the stock of beer, wine, spirits, mixers, glassware, ice, garnishes, paper goods and all other supplies needed to run a successful shift. Prepare, store and maintain fresh fruit, garnishes, juices and other perishables to ensure product is of its highest quality. Greeting guests in the most courteous and professional manner. Take beverage orders and prepare drinks according to standard recipes, ensuring proper portion control. Verify guest identification and monitor alcohol consumption. Identify signs of intoxication and respond appropriately in accordance with training and company policy. Receive tender from guests and verify validity of charges. Lock up and store all beverage products, food, equipment items, and end-of-day reporting. Performs general cleaning tasks to adhere to health and safety standards; keep work area clean and organized. Arrange bottles and glasses to maintain an appealing display in the bar area. Washes and sterilize glassware and bar equipment. Perform other related duties, tasks, and responsibilities as required. Pay:

$17.00 - $18.00 per hour
