The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting beverages, engaging with guests, and ensuring a memorable experience for all patrons. Duties Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including glassware, utensils, and equipment. Engage with customers in a friendly manner, taking orders and providing recommendations based on their preferences. Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and managing tabs. Monitor guest consumption levels to ensure responsible service of alcohol. Assist in the setup and breakdown of bar service for events, including banquets. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders to guests at the bar. Stay informed about new drink recipes, trends in the industry, and seasonal offerings. Experience Previous bartending/server experience in a fine dining or high-volume establishment is preferred. Familiarity with Toast POS or similar point-of-sale systems is advantageous. Knowledge of brewing techniques and food handling practices is a plus. Strong sales skills to promote drink specials and upsell menu items effectively. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during peak hours.
