Job Summary We are seeking an experienced and personable Bartender to join our dynamic hospitality team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food and beverage service, excellent customer service skills, and proficiency with POS systems such as Aloha and Micros. This role involves preparing and serving drinks in a fast-paced environment, ensuring guest satisfaction, and maintaining a clean and safe workspace. Duties Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests according to standard recipes and customer preferences Operate POS systems including Aloha and Micros for order processing, billing, and cash handling Manage multiple drink orders efficiently while maintaining high-quality service standards Engage with guests to create a welcoming atmosphere and enhance their overall experience Maintain cleanliness of bar area, glassware, and utensils in compliance with food safety standards Restock bar supplies as needed to ensure smooth operation during shifts Follow all food safety regulations related to beverage handling and serving alcohol Assist with event setups such as banquets or catering functions when required Manage cash register operations accurately, including processing payments and giving correct change Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service during busy hours Requirements Proven experience as a bartender in fine dining, nightclubs, or banquet environments Proficiency with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during peak hours Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests professionally Knowledge of food safety standards related to beverage service and food handling Ability to perform basic math for cash handling, billing, and inventory management Experience with serving alcohol responsibly in compliance with local laws and regulations Familiarity with retail math for sales tracking and inventory control Previous experience in the food industry or hospitality sector preferred Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required by the venue's schedule This position offers an engaging work environment where professionalism, efficiency, and guest satisfaction are prioritized.
