Responsibilities Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision, flair, and attention to detail, adhering to established recipes and presentation standards. Engage with guests in a friendly, energetic manner to provide exceptional customer service and enhance their overall experience. Manage bar inventory, including restocking supplies, monitoring stock levels, and placing orders as needed to ensure smooth operations. Process cash transactions accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, handling cash, credit cards, and other payment methods efficiently. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety and sanitation standards. Develop new beverage recipes and contribute creative ideas to keep our menu fresh and exciting. Collaborate with kitchen staff and management to coordinate food and beverage service during busy periods or special events like banquets or catering functions. Experience Proven experience as a bartender in a fast-paced hospitality environment, preferably within fine dining or upscale venues. Extensive knowledge of mixology techniques, spirits, wine varieties, craft beers, and cocktail presentation. Familiarity with POS systems such as Spot On POS or Toast POS for processing transactions efficiently. Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders simultaneously while maintaining quality service. Previous food service experience including food handling, serving, catering, or banquet work is highly desirable. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally. Basic math skills for cash handling and retail math proficiency for inventory management.
