We are looking for a motivated beverage professional who is experienced, organized, and passionate. You will be elevating our dynamic beverage program with your expertise and enthralling guests with your charm. Motivating and mentoring the service team is a daily duty. It's necessary to maintain attention to detail and have expansive knowledge of all beverages including spirits, sake, and beer. Demonstrating the ability to work as part of our team enhancing the guest experience is just as important as the other innate skills you bring to the restaurant. You need a strong desire to continue learning and take a leading role in staff education and development. This role will be a hybrid position we need a Captain who is passionate about creating unforgettable guest experiences and guiding diners through a thoughtfully curated multi-course tasting menu. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fine dining environment, values genuine hospitality, and enjoys building meaningful connections with guests. As a Captain, you will serve as the primary guide for our guests throughout their dining experience. You will confidently lead guests through each course, share knowledge about food, wine, and ingredients, anticipate needs, and ensure every detail contributes to a seamless and memorable evening. What We're Looking For 3-5 years' experience in a fine dining or casual fine dining high volume restaurant Deep and diverse wine knowledge and expansive food knowledge Ability to work clean, organized, and as part of our team Foster a culture of learning, curiosity, and exceptional hospitality CMS, WSET, or equivalent certification preferred Excellent basic math skills and ability to operate a service POS Motivation to progress in a fine dining environment Ability to move and lift 40 pounds at a time Must be able to stand and walk for an extended period of time What's the benefit of joining our team?
