Job Summary We are looking for an experienced, energetic, and hospitality driven Bartender to join our team and play a key role in creating a lively yet polished guest experience. Our focus is on delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining a welcoming and high quality atmosphere, and offering a thoughtfully crafted beverage program. Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with consistency and attention to quality Provide engaging, professional, and personable service to create a memorable guest experience Collaborate with management to help develop and refine the drink menu, including cocktails and seasonal offerings Maintain a clean, organized, and well stocked bar environment at all times Work efficiently in a fast paced setting while maintaining high service standards Monitor guest needs and ensure timely, attentive service When bar volume is lighter, assist the service team as needed, including running food to tables and helping ensure guests receive their orders promptly Work collaboratively with servers and other team members to keep service running smoothly Follow all safety, sanitation, food handling, and responsible alcohol service guidelines Skills & Qualifications Previous bartending experience required Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wine, and general bar operations Excellent customer service and communication skills Ability to create a welcoming and engaging atmosphere for guests Ability to multitask and remain composed during busy shifts Strong attention to detail, organization, and cleanliness Team-oriented mindset with a professional and positive attitude Willingness to assist other front of house team members when needed Interest in creativity and contributing to beverage menu development Strong time-management skills Familiarity with food safety standards, food handling procedures, and responsible alcohol service practices Previous restaurant or hospitality experience strongly preferred We are looking for someone who understands that great hospitality is a team effort.
