What You'll Do Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair, ensuring each guest receives top-quality service. Curate guest experiences at the bar with warmth, confidence, and professionalism. Collaborate closely with the GM and Wine Manager to support the dining room. Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar at all times. Contribute to seasonal cocktail development and menu evolution. Collaborate with kitchen staff during catering events or banquet functions to coordinate food and beverage service smoothly. Manage bar inventory, including stock replenishment and proper storage, to maintain seamless operations throughout shifts. Uphold cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to health regulations and safety protocols at all times. Demonstrate excellent time management skills by balancing multiple orders during busy hours while maintaining high service standards. Utilize POS systems such as Toast POS to process orders accurately, handle cash transactions, and manage tabs efficiently. Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during peak hours while maintaining attention to detail. What We're Looking For 5+ years of bartending experience in upscale or fine dining environments Strong foundation in classic cocktails and technique Deep knowledge of spirits, with emphasis on Italian products Professional demeanor with excellent communication skills Ability to read guests and adapt service style accordingly Detail-oriented, calm under pressure, and highly organized Team-first mindset with a commitment to excellence
