Duties Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages accurately and efficiently using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS. Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner, providing excellent customer service that enhances their overall experience. Manage multiple orders simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and adhering to food safety and alcohol service regulations. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food handling and safety standards. Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling, cashiering, and basic retail math calculations. Restock bar supplies, monitor inventory levels, and communicate needs for replenishment promptly. Collaborate with team members during busy nights or events such as banquets or nightclub functions to deliver seamless service. Requirements Proven experience as a bartender in fine dining, nightclub, banquet, or food service environments; hospitality or food industry background preferred. Proficiency with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; strong math skills including retail math and restaurant experience are essential. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to serve diverse clientele in fast-paced settings. Knowledge of food safety standards, food handling procedures, and responsible alcohol service practices. Ability to manage time effectively during high-volume periods while maintaining professionalism and composure. Basic math skills for cash handling, sales calculations, and inventory management; familiarity with brewing or catering is a plus. Nightclub or banquet experience is advantageous for handling special events confidently. Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude are vital for success in this energetic environment.
