Our dining room seats just 30 guests this is not a high-volume operation but a high-end dining experience where attention to detail, unwavering hospitality, and polish are paramount to success in this role. Who We're Seeking We're looking for a hardworking, detail-oriented Barback who keeps the bar running seamlessly and supports the bartenders in delivering an exceptional guest experience. The ideal candidate is energetic and dependable, takes pride in a clean and well-stocked station, and is committed to upholding the highest standards in an attentive and efficient manner. You're a motivated hospitality professional organized, friendly, and passionate who thrives as part of a team, performs well under pressure, and helps set the stage for a memorable meal through anticipation, speed, and impeccable attention to detail. Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To Supporting bartenders by anticipating their needs and keeping the bar fully stocked throughout service Replenishing ice, glassware, garnishes, spirits, wine, and bar supplies as needed Preparing garnishes, mixers, and other components to the standards set forth by management Maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the bar, including setup, ongoing upkeep, and breakdown Communicating effectively with bartenders, servers, and the broader team in an attentive, friendly, and service-oriented manner Assisting with receiving, stocking, and rotating bar inventory and deliveries Ensuring all service standards related to alcohol handling and cleanliness are upheld Supporting coworkers in any way possible to ensure an exceptional guest experience Bringing a passion for excellence and a genuine delight in helping curate special experiences for our guests Exuding confidence and a strong work ethic while performing all duties Maintaining a dependable, flexible schedule (able to work weeknights, weekends, and holidays)
