Duties Take and serve food and beverage orders accurately using POS systems such as Micros POS. Mix and serve drinks efficiently, ensuring presentation and quality meet high standards. Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests warmly, answering questions about menu items, and accommodating special requests. Manage cash handling and cashiering responsibilities with precision, including processing payments and giving correct change. Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards by following proper food handling procedures and sanitation protocols. Assist with setup and breakdown for events such as banquets or catering functions, ensuring smooth operations in both fine dining and nightclub environments. Use time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy hours, ensuring prompt service and guest satisfaction. Qualifications Previous restaurant or food service experience, especially in casual dining, or banquet settings. Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS is highly desirable. Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and professionally. Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures. Ability to perform basic math for transactions, retail math for sales tracking, and cash handling accurately. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables or bar orders efficiently during peak hours. Experience with serving alcohol responsibly in accordance with local regulations; certifications are a plus.
