The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and customer service, with experience in fine dining or nightlife settings. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting cocktails, serving beverages, and ensuring an exceptional experience for our guests. Duties Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, beer, and wine. Maintain a clean and organized bar area, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders accurately, and responding to inquiries. Manage time effectively during busy shifts to ensure timely service. Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food service during banquets or catering events. Demonstrate knowledge of brewing techniques and retail math for inventory management. Handle cash transactions efficiently while ensuring accuracy in cash handling procedures. Stay updated on drink trends and menu changes to enhance the guest experience. Experience Previous bartending experience in a restaurant, nightclub, or catering environment is preferred. Familiarity with food handling practices and food safety regulations is essential. Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders in a fast-paced setting. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests. Basic math skills for accurate order processing and cash handling are required. Experience with sales techniques to promote beverage offerings is beneficial.
