Drink preparation using established recipes and guides and ensuring that defined standards of hygiene and cleanliness are maintained. The ideal seasoned Mixologist responsibilities include educating members on our food and drink menu, making recommendations based on member preferences, up-selling special items and taking orders. A successful Mixologist should have excellent customer service skills and knowledge of wines, beers, and spirits. Willingness to work various shifts.

Responsibilities:

Greet customers and take orders. Mix and serve drinks according to customer specifications. Maintain a clean and organized bar area. Ensure that all alcohol laws are followed. Stock the bar with beer, wine, and liquor. Provide excellent customer service. Keep track of inventory and order supplies when needed.
