The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and customer service, ensuring that every guest enjoys a memorable experience. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for preparing and serving drinks, maintaining the bar area, and providing exceptional service to our patrons. Duties Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and restocking supplies as needed. Take customer orders accurately and efficiently using the POS system. Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register with precision. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, answering questions about drink selections, and making recommendations. Ensure compliance with food handling and safety regulations while serving drinks. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food orders when applicable. Assist in training new bartending staff on proper techniques and bar operations. Qualifications Previous bartending experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates. Strong knowledge of basic math skills for accurate cash handling and drink measurements. Familiarity with restaurant or hospitality environments is a plus. Ability to operate a cash register and POS system effectively. Excellent communication skills with a friendly demeanor towards guests. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Must be of legal drinking age as per local regulations.
