In this role, you'll be the heart of the bar, crafting delicious cocktails, serving beverages with a smile, and ensuring our guests have a memorable experience. The ideal candidate is passionate about mixology, has excellent customer service skills, and thrives in a dynamic hospitality environment. Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of beverages including cocktails, spirits, wine, and craft beers according to recipes and guest preferences. Engage with guests in a friendly manner to create a welcoming atmosphere and provide personalized drink recommendations. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including proper food handling and safety practices. Process cash transactions accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS. Develop new beverage recipes and contribute to the bar's creative offerings to keep the menu fresh and exciting. Restock bar supplies regularly and assist with inventory management to ensure smooth operations. Follow all health, safety, and food safety regulations to uphold high standards of cleanliness and hygiene. Experience Previous bartending experience in fine dining or upscale hospitality settings preferred. Knowledge of mixology techniques, spirits, wine varieties, and craft beer brewing processes. Familiarity with POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS is highly desirable. Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during busy hours. Experience in food service or restaurant environments that require excellent customer service skills. Basic math skills for processing cash transactions accurately and managing retail math calculations. Hospitality industry experience that demonstrates adaptability in fast-paced settings.
