Job Description

Position Overview:
We are seeking a multi-talented Bartender/Server who can expertly craft cocktails and serve our patrons with a warm and engaging demeanor. The ideal candidate will be a hospitality enthusiast, eager to provide outstanding service while showcasing their mixology skills behind the bar. As a Bartender/Server, you will play a vital role in creating an inviting and enjoyable environment for our guests.
Responsibilities:
Craft and serve a wide variety of cocktails, beers, and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and creativity. Greet and engage guests in a friendly and professional manner, taking food and drink orders, and providing menu recommendations. Prepare and deliver beverages and food items promptly, ensuring accuracy and presentation. Create a welcoming atmosphere by interacting with guests, addressing inquiries, and accommodating special requests. Maintain a clean and organized bar area, ensuring adherence to hygiene and safety standards. Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately, processing payments and providing correct change. Collaborate with kitchen and waitstaff to ensure seamless communication and service. Assist in restocking supplies, monitoring inventory levels, and placing orders as needed. Uphold responsible alcohol service practices and ensure the well-being of all guests. Contribute to maintaining a positive and energetic team environment.
Qualifications:
Previous experience as a bartender and/or server is preferred. Strong knowledge of mixology and cocktail preparation, with the ability to create innovative and classic drinks. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer-focused approach. Ability to multitask, handle busy periods, and remain composed under pressure. Attention to detail and a passion for delivering exceptional service. Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling procedures. Knowledge of responsible alcohol service and safety regulations. Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Must be of legal drinking age in accordance with local laws.
Compensation:
Hourly wage plus tips, starting at $16.90/hour (flexible depending on prior experience and qualifications), with earning potential based on performance. Employee discounts and benefits at hotel and executive golf course on site.
