We're dedicated to providing our patrons with an unforgettable experience and are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join us as a Barback/Server.
Responsibilities:
Assist bartenders in preparing and garnishing beverages according to established recipes and standards. Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including cleaning glassware, utensils, and bar equipment. Restock and replenish bar supplies, such as liquor, mixers, garnishes, and ice, during busy shifts to ensure smooth operations. Work closely with bartenders and waitstaff to ensure timely and accurate service to guests. Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and delivering drinks in a friendly and efficient manner. Assist in setting up and breaking down the bar area before and after shifts. Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive and cooperative work environment. Follow all safety and sanitation protocols, including responsible alcohol service guidelines.
Qualifications:
Prior experience in a barback or server role preferred, but not required. Knowledge of basic drink recipes, cocktail ingredients, and glassware. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with both customers and colleagues. Strong multitasking abilities and the capacity to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Attention to detail in maintaining cleanliness and organization. Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Must be of legal drinking age in accordance with state regulations. A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow within the company.
