This is an entry-level position with paid, hands-on training. No bartending experience is required, we'll teach you everything you need to know. If you've worked as a barista, in customer service, restaurants, retail, or another guest-facing role, that's a plus, but the most important qualities are reliability, curiosity, and a genuine desire to learn. You'll work alongside experienced bartenders while learning proper cocktail techniques, ingredient preparation, inventory management, bar organization, and exceptional guest service. As you grow in the role, you'll develop the skills needed to confidently work behind the bar and create high-quality craft cocktails.
Compensation:

What You'll Learn Craft cocktail preparation and proper bartending techniques Fresh ingredient preparation, syrups, juices, garnishes, and daily prep Responsible alcohol service and guest interaction Bar cleanliness, organization, and sanitation standards Opening, closing, and daily operating procedures Inventory management, stocking, and waste reduction Recipe consistency and attention to detail Efficient service during busy shifts while maintaining quality Responsibilities Assist bartenders during service Prepare fresh cocktail ingredients and garnishes Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar Learn recipes and proper beverage preparation techniques Provide friendly, welcoming service to every guest Help receive, organize, and track inventory Follow health and safety guidelines Continue developing bartending knowledge through hands-on training We're Looking For Someone Who Is Reliable, punctual, and eager to learn Friendly and comfortable interacting with guests Detail-oriented and takes pride in quality work Able to stay organized in a fast-paced environment Comfortable working evenings and weekends Able to lift cases of beer, wine, and spirits (up to approximately 40 lbs.) and stand for extended periods Preferred (But Not Required) Customer service experience Barista, restaurant, café, or hospitality experience Food service or retail experience An interest in craft cocktails, food, coffee, wine, or hospitality This position is ideal for someone looking to start a career in bartending or hospitality.
