Responsibilities Prepare and serve beverages with precision, creativity, and consistency, following established recipes and standards. Engage with guests in a friendly, energetic manner to enhance their overall experience and promote sales. Manage multiple drink orders efficiently while maintaining high quality and attention to detail. Process cash transactions accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, including handling cash, credit cards, and other payment methods. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety and sanitation standards. Monitor inventory levels of spirits, beers, wines, mixers, and garnishes; assist with stock replenishment as needed. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service flow during busy hours and support bar management in daily operations. Experience Proven experience as a bartender in a fast-paced restaurant or hospitality setting; fine dining or nightclub experience is highly desirable. Strong knowledge of mixology techniques, cocktail recipes, wine varieties, spirits, and craft beer styles. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for processing transactions efficiently. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally. Ability to manage time effectively during high-volume periods while maintaining accuracy in cash handling and beverage preparation. Experience with food handling and safety standards relevant to the food service industry.
