Duties Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, wine, beer, and specialty drinks, following established recipes and presentation standards Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to enhance their overall experience and foster repeat business Manage bar inventory by tracking stock levels, restocking supplies, and placing orders as needed to ensure smooth operations Process cash and card transactions accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety and sanitation standards Develop new beverage recipes and contribute creative ideas to enhance the menu offerings Collaborate with kitchen staff and management to coordinate service during busy periods or special events like banquets or catering functions Requirements Proven experience in bartending, mixology, or food service within a hospitality or restaurant environment Strong knowledge of spirits, wine varieties, craft beers, cocktail techniques, and beverage recipe development Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for processing transactions efficiently Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle multiple orders simultaneously under pressure Ability to manage time effectively while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety Experience working in fine dining settings, nightclubs, or banquet environments is preferred Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and food industry procedures Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling practices Join us as a Bartender where your passion for beverages meets your talent for creating memorable guest experiences!
