Bartender - Filipino Upscale Casual Dining Job Description As a Bartender, you will be responsible for curating a beverage experience, serving a selection of wines, beers, and non-alcoholic beverages that complement the rich flavors of Filipino cuisine. You will create a warm and inviting atmosphere, ensuring that guests enjoy exceptional service while upholding the hospitality that Filipino culture is known for. Responsibilities
- Serve a carefully selected range of wines, beers, and non-alcoholic beverages with professionalism and knowledge.
- Provide recommendations and pairings that enhance the dining experience.
- Engage with guests, ensuring they feel welcomed and attended to.
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and full stock of the bar and service stations.
- Adhere to responsible alcohol service policies and ensure guest safety.
- Work closely with servers and kitchen staff to maintain smooth service flow.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering and restocking.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation standards. Qualifications
- Previous experience as a bartender, server, or beverage specialist in a restaurant setting.
- Strong knowledge of beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages; familiarity with Filipino flavors is a plus.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and a passion for hospitality.
- Certification in responsible alcohol service (if required by local regulations).
