Position Summary This is a full-time, on-site role located in Napa, CA, for a Bartender. The Bartender will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring a clean and welcoming environment. Daily tasks include taking orders, mixing drinks, handling cash transactions, and maintaining stock levels. The Bartender will also coordinate with the kitchen staff to provide a seamless dining experience for guests. Pay Rate $16.90/hr + tips Minimum Qualifications Customer Service and Communication skills Experience in Food & Beverage and Bartending Proficiency in Cash Handling Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Previous experience in a similar role is a plus Must be of legal age to serve alcohol Able to lift 45lbs The above information is representative of the work performed in this position; however it is not all-inclusive.
