Part-Time / Late Night Morimoto Asia Napa is looking for experienced, energetic Late Night Bartenders to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment, takes pride in hospitality, and is comfortable working late-night shifts. Responsibilities Provide friendly, professional service to guests throughout the evening and late-night hours. Prepare cocktails, beer, wine, and other beverages accurately and efficiently. Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar throughout the shift. Take orders and process payments accurately. Deliver an elevated guest experience while maintaining the standards of Morimoto Asia Napa. Follow all alcohol service, health, safety, and sanitation guidelines. Assist with closing duties, including cleaning, restocking, and securing the bar. Work closely with servers, hosts, managers, and other team members to ensure smooth service. Qualifications Previous bartending experience preferred. Strong knowledge of classic cocktails, beer, wine, and spirits. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Ability to remain calm and efficient in a busy late-night environment. Must be reliable and comfortable working late-night hours, weekends, and holidays. Must be at least 21 years old and legally authorized to serve alcohol. Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift/carry items as needed. Schedule Late-night availability is required. Shifts will primarily be scheduled during evening and late-night hours, including weekends.
