Normandie Restaurant & Martini Bar is seeking an experienced Server/Bartender to join our front-of-house team in downtown Napa. We are looking for a hospitality professional who is equally comfortable providing polished table service and working behind the bar. This is a full-time position for someone with strong restaurant experience, excellent guest-service skills, and full schedule availability . The ideal candidate is confident, professional, reliable, and able to move between serving and bartending shifts based on the needs of the restaurant. Responsibilities Provide warm, polished, and professional table service Prepare and serve classic and contemporary cocktails to a high standard Confidently guide guests through our food, wine, cocktail, and spirits selections Take accurate food and beverage orders using the POS system Maintain proper pacing and table maintenance during coursed service Set up, maintain, stock, and close the bar Execute cocktails consistently and efficiently during high-volume service Support wine, cocktail, dessert, and after-dinner drink sales Handle guest questions, allergies, dietary restrictions, and special occasions professionally Communicate effectively with the kitchen, bar, support staff, and management Complete opening, closing, polishing, restocking, and side work Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment Deliver a gracious and memorable experience to every guest Qualifications Previous professional serving and bartending experience required Experience in fine dining, upscale restaurants, luxury hotels, cocktail bars, or wine-country hospitality strongly preferred Strong knowledge of classic cocktails, spirits, wine, and food service Comfortable providing both full table service and bartending Professional appearance and polished guest presence Strong communication and hospitality skills Ability to stay organized, composed, and efficient during busy service Strong attention to detail and service standards Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented Must have or be able to obtain California Food Handler certification Must have or be able to obtain required California RBS certification for alcohol service Availability Requirements This position requires full availability and scheduling flexibility .

Pay:

$17.00 per hour Expected hours: No less than 25.0 per week
