Responsibilities Prepare and serve a wide variety of beverages, including cocktails, spirits, wine, craft beers, and non-alcoholic options, ensuring consistency and quality. Develop innovative beverage recipes to keep the menu fresh and exciting for guests. Manage daily bar operations, including inventory control, ordering supplies, and maintaining cleanliness standards in compliance with food safety regulations. Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders accurately, and creating a lively yet professional atmosphere. Supervise bar staff and bartenders, offering training on drink preparation, customer service techniques, and safety protocols. Maintain knowledge of food industry trends, fine dining standards, cocktail mixology techniques, wine pairings, and beverage trends like craft beer and spirits. Ensure compliance with all licensing laws and health & safety regulations related to food handling and alcohol service. Assist in managing special events such as banquets or nightclub nights to maximize sales opportunities. Foster a team environment that encourages collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Requirements :

2 plus years in a bartending role. Experience with inventory management and ordering a must.

Pay:

$40.00 - $46.00 per hour
