Thursday, October 15, 2026 The Speakeasy is seeking experienced, energetic, and hospitality-driven bartenders to join our team. For over 15 years, The Speakeasy has been one of Pasadena's premier cocktail destinations, known for its unique atmosphere, handcrafted cocktails, and memorable guest experiences. We're looking for individuals who understand that bartending is about more than making great drinks. It's about creating an experience that keeps guests coming back. Qualifications Minimum 2 years of bartending experience preferred Strong knowledge of classic cocktails, spirits, beer, and wine Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment Outgoing, engaging personality with exceptional hospitality skills Strong work ethic, punctuality, and attention to detail Ability to multitask and remain composed under pressure Team-oriented attitude with a willingness to assist wherever needed Responsibilities Prepare and serve cocktails accurately, consistently, and efficiently Provide warm, engaging, and attentive guest service Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar Assist with opening, closing, restocking, bussing, and cleaning duties Work collaboratively with bartenders, servers, barbacks, and management Demonstrate initiative, urgency, and professionalism throughout every shift Availability Requirements — Please Read Carefully We are hiring for an immediate start on Thursday, October 15, 2026. Weekend availability is mandatory, including Fridays and Saturdays. Holiday availability is mandatory, including Halloween and New Year's Eve. Must be available to work evenings and late nights. October and December are particularly important months for our business, and availability during these periods is essential. Applicants with conflicting commitments during these dates should not apply.
