Job Description
CARDON is a new Northern Mexican restaurant in Rancho Cucamonga, CA, and we're building our front of house team. We're looking for warm, organized people who love hospitality. Experience is welcome but not required for most roles, and we provide training. Open positions (base pay per hour + tips): Assistant Restaurant Manager — $20-$25 (no tip pool) Lead Bartender — $20-$25 + tips Host / Guest Experience — $18 + tips Server (with or without experience) — $16.90 + tips Bartender — $16.90 + tips Food Runner — $16.90 + tips Busser — $16.90 + tips Barback — $16.90 + tips Expo / Food Expeditor — $16.90 + tips What we offer: paid training and paid practical assessments, a team that values respect and organization, and room to grow with a new concept.
