Manage cash handling duties including cashiering, processing payments, and balancing registers at the end of shifts. Monitor guest behavior to ensure safety and compliance with alcohol service regulations; intervene when necessary. Restock bar supplies, garnishes, glassware, and beverages to ensure smooth service throughout shifts. Uphold all health regulations related to food safety, alcohol service, and sanitation standards in a hospitality environment. Skills Proven experience as a bartender in fine dining establishments, nightclubs, or banquet settings with strong knowledge of food industry standards. Proficiency with POS systems ; basic math skills for cash handling and retail math calculations. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly while managing multiple tasks efficiently. Strong time management skills to prioritize duties during busy periods without compromising quality or safety. Knowledge of food safety protocols, proper food handling techniques, and responsible alcohol service practices.
