Responsibilities Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and Hilton standards. Provide excellent table service, including taking food orders, delivering meals, and handling payments. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and service areas. Check guest identification to verify legal drinking age. Anticipate guest needs, respond promptly, and resolve concerns with professionalism. Accurately process transactions and follow all cash-handling policies. Promote menu items, daily specials, and upsell beverages/food. Support teammates and contribute to a positive, collaborative work environment. Qualifications Previous bartending or serving experience preferred. Knowledge of basic drink recipes and mixology techniques. Strong communication and guest service skills. Ability to multitask and work efficiently in high-volume settings. Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs. Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
