• Job Summary:

• We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender/server to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and a knack for providing exceptional customer service. The Bartender/server will be responsible for serving drinks and ensuring that all guests have a memorable dining experience. The successful candidate will be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, handle cash transactions accurately, and maintain a clean and organized bar area.

• Duties:

• Prepare and serve a variety of drinks, including cocktails, beer, and wine
• Provide excellent customer service, ensuring that guests feel welcome and valued
• Manage cash transactions accurately and efficiently
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including the bar, glasses, and equipment
• Monitor inventory and order supplies as needed
• Upsell and recommend menu items to guests
• Work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
• Maintain knowledge of menu items and ingredients
• Ensure compliance with food safety and restaurant policies

• Requirements:

• Experience in a restaurant or bar environment
• Strong knowledge of bartending techniques and cocktail recipes
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Proficiency with cash registers and point-of-sale systems, including Toast POS Basic knowledge of food safety and restaurant policies
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Ability to perform basic math calculations
• Familiarity with retail math and cash handling
• Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time
• Availability to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends
