The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service and a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting beverages, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining the bar area to the highest standards. Responsibilities Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences Interact with customers to take drink orders and provide recommendations based on their tastes Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments through the Aloha POS system Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and responsible alcohol service guidelines Monitor inventory levels of liquor, mixers, and garnishes, placing orders as necessary Provide excellent customer service by addressing any concerns or feedback promptly Skills Proficient in using Aloha POS system for order processing Strong time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tasks during peak hours Excellent sales skills with the ability to upsell drinks and promote specials Previous nightclub experience preferred, but not required Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling techniques Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management Experience in the food industry with an understanding of bar operations Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining attention to detail Join us in creating memorable experiences for our guests while showcasing your bartending talents!
