Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages while ensuring compliance with hygiene and safety standards, maintaining inventory, and providing outstanding customer service. Essential Duties and Responsibilities- Ensure the quality of served beverages by following standardized recipes and presentation guidelines.
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages efficiently and professionally.
- Manage the bar's stock of beverages and supplies, including replenishment and reporting shortages.
- Maintain hygiene and safety standards in beverage preparation areas and ensure compliance with health codes.
- Deliver friendly, prompt, and professional service to guests seated at the bar and throughout the restaurant.
- Support opening and closing duties of the bar, including setup, cleanup, and sanitation tasks.
Minimum Qualifications Experience :
Experience in cocktail preparation, guest service, and fast-paced hospitality environments preferred.Language Requirements :
English required, Bilingual English/Spanish preferred, but not required.Education :
None, but a background in food & beverage preferred; mixology training or relevant experience strongly encouragedSkills and Competencies :
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
- Familiarity with POS systems and digital order platforms preferred
- Bilingual in English/Spanish preferred but not required
- Attention to detail and cleanliness standards
- Teamwork and reliability under pressure Working Conditions & Physical Requirements
- Must be able to stand for extended periods.
- Must be able to lift beverage cases and bar supplies (up to 30 lbs).
- Work is performed in a bar and kitchen environment with exposure to alcohol, loud noise, and cleaning chemicals.
- Shifts may include evenings, weekends, and holidays.
