Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner, providing excellent customer service to enhance their dining experience. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including stocking supplies, cleaning glasses, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Handle cash transactions accurately and manage tabs efficiently. Collaborate with kitchen staff and management to ensure smooth operations during service hours. Experience Proven experience working as a bartender in a restaurant or similar hospitality environment. Strong knowledge of mixology techniques, cocktail recipes, and beverage presentation.
