Event Captains, Bartenders & Event Staff Ranch Events Events Are you an experienced hospitality professional who thrives in a fast-paced event environment? Ranch Events is seeking reliable, energetic, and customer-focused team members to join our on-call catering team . Positions Available Event Captains Bartenders Event Staff / Servers What We're Looking For ✅ Catering, banquet, restaurant, or event experience preferred ✅ Captain and bartending experience is a strong plus ✅ Excellent customer service and communication skills ✅ Professional appearance and positive attitude ✅ Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed ✅ Must be dependable, punctual, and a team player ✅ Ability to lift and carry 30+ pounds ✅ Able to stand and walk for extended periods ✅ Reliable transportation to event locations throughout San Diego County Responsibilities Set up and break down event equipment and décor Provide exceptional guest service Execute food and beverage service according to company standards Maintain clean and organized work areas Follow food safety and sanitation procedures Assist with loading, unloading, and transporting event equipment Work efficiently with team members during high-volume events Why Work With Ranch Events?
