Full-Time We are a high-volume Spanish restaurant in California seeking an experienced, hands-on Lead Bartender to support our bar operations and help lead our bar team. This role is ideal for a hospitality-driven professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is passionate about cocktails, wine, and exceptional guest service, and enjoys mentoring others while leading by example. Responsibilities Support the daily operation of the bar and ensure smooth service execution Lead by example while working behind the bar alongside the team Assist in training, coaching, and mentoring bartenders and bar staff Ensure consistency, quality, and presentation of all beverages Help maintain bar organization, cleanliness, and efficiency throughout service Assist with inventory counts, restocking, and ordering as needed Ensure compliance with alcohol service laws, health, and safety regulations Provide exceptional guest service and help resolve service issues professionally Foster a positive, team-oriented work environment Requirements 2-3 years of bartending experience, preferably in a high-volume restaurant or bar Previous experience in a Lead Bartender, Shift Lead, or supervisory role is a plus Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wine, and beer Passion for hospitality and guest experience Ability to lead by example in a fast-paced environment Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills Reliable, professional, and eager to grow within the company Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays Compensation & Benefits Competitive compensation Two consecutive days off per week Meal provided during shifts 15 paid vacation days per year Medical insurance option and additional benefits Stable, full-time position in a busy, well-established restaurant Growth opportunities within our restaurant group Ideal Candidate This position is perfect for an experienced bartender ready to take the next step into a leadership role.
