This role is perfect for someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment, works well with others, and takes pride in keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes. You'll be working closely with bartenders to set up, restock, and maintain a clean, organized bar throughout each event. If you're reliable, team-oriented, and comfortable working in lively crowd settings, we'd love to hear from you. Schedule & Availability On-call, event-based shifts Friday and weekend availability required What You'll Help With Setting up the bar before events Replenishing alcohol and supplies during service Keeping bar areas clean and safe (spills, cups, general upkeep) Emptying trash and recycling as needed Breaking down and cleaning the bar at the end of the night Supporting the bar team with other tasks as needed What We're Looking For Prior barback or hospitality experience preferred, but not required Ability to work efficiently in a busy, high-energy environment Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs Knowledge of Spanish is a plus, but not required Positive attitude, reliability, and a strong sense of teamwork Pay $19.61/hour + tips (tips vary by event) If you're interested, please send an updated resume and 2-3 recent references (including at least one supervisor or manager).
