Overview The Brixton is seeking an experienced and reliable Bartender to join our dynamic team. This role involves providing exceptional beverage service in a busy, high-volume environment, ensuring guests have a memorable experience. The ideal candidate will be passionate about mixology, attentive to detail, and capable of working independently during peak hours. Duties Prepare and serve a variety of cocktails, beers, wines, and spirits with professionalism and flair Maintain a clean and organized bar area, ensuring all equipment is sanitized and stocked appropriately Engage with guests in a friendly and welcoming manner, delivering excellent customer service Take drink orders accurately and efficiently, managing multiple tables or bar stations during busy shifts Monitor guest behavior to promote a safe environment and handle any issues discreetly Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and uphold the establishment's standards Follow all safety and health regulations related to food and beverage service Requirements Minimum of 1+ year of bartending experience in a busy or high-volume restaurant or bar setting Strong knowledge of cocktails, beer, wine, and spirits Ability to work independently during busy shifts while maintaining high-quality guest service Fast, organized, and capable of multitasking efficiently under pressure Reliable, punctual, professional, and team-oriented attitude Excellent communication skills and a positive demeanor Join us at The Brixton to bring your bartending expertise to a vibrant environment where guest satisfaction is our top priority. The Brixton Pay:

$19.61 - $50.00 per hour Expected hours: 12.0 - 24.0 per week
