The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting beverages, engaging with guests, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. Your ability to multitask and maintain composure in a fast-paced environment will be essential to your success in this role. Duties Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces. Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and managing the cash register. Monitor inventory levels of drinks and supplies, restocking as necessary to ensure smooth operations. Adhere to food safety regulations and responsible alcohol service guidelines. Assist with catering events or banquets as needed, contributing to a seamless guest experience. Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure timely service. Qualifications Previous experience in the food industry or bartending is required. Strong hospitality skills with a focus on customer satisfaction. Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and calculating drink costs. Knowledge of food safety practices is beneficial. Excellent communication skills with the ability to work well under pressure. Experience with cash handling and operating a cash register is an asset.
